Connaught Bar

The Connaught Bar is the cocktail bar of The Connaught hotel in Mayfair, London, United Kingdom. It serves both classic and new signature cocktails, rare vintage drinks and canapés from day into night.

The World's 50 Best Bars ranks the Connaught Bar No. 8 in its 2026 list. The hotel calls it one of the world's most celebrated destinations, and Top 50 Cocktail Bars says it "oozes class and sophistication".

The bar is famous for its Martini Trolley: a bartender wheels it to the table, and the guest chooses gin, shaken or stirred, and the finishing touches. The room has platinum-leaf walls, a Cubist-inspired design, a cool grey bar and candlelit tables. New signature cocktails join the menu through the year, the house gin is distilled and bottled by the bar's master mixologist, and the book "The Connaught Bar: Recipes and Iconic Creations" collects 100 of its signature drinks.
