Bar Orchard Ginza is a 16-seat cocktail bar in Tokyo's Ginza district, on the seventh floor of a building there. It is run by the husband-and-wife team Takuo and Sumire Miyanohara.

Food & Wine ranks Bar Orchard No. 2 in its Global Tastemakers 2026 list of the best global bars. The magazine praises drinks that are playful yet carefully made, with fresh fruit at their centre and classic flavour profiles.

There is no menu: guests choose from the seasonal fruit displayed on the bar, such as melon, ginger or dragon fruit, then name a spirit and the strength they want. Agave spirits are a particular focus, and the team uses modern techniques such as liquid nitrogen. Drinks arrive in unusual vessels, from miniature bathtubs and garbage pails to custom ceramics and inflatable pool rings.
