Bar Trigona

Bar Trigona is a hotel bar on the sixth floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its head bartender is Rohan Matmary.

Food & Wine ranks Bar Trigona No. 10 in its Global Tastemakers 2026 list of the best global bars. The magazine notes that behind the gilded finishes and city views lies a drinks programme rooted in Malaysian culture and farming.

Matmary works closely with local farms and focuses on low-waste methods and home-grown ingredients. The drink called Banana, a daiquiri variation, uses the fruit's flower, peel, flesh and leaves together with tuak, a traditional Malaysian rice wine. A whole section of the menu is given over to trigona honey.
