The Rhythms Restaurant is on the seventh floor of La Sinfonía del Rey Hotel & Spa on Hang Dau Street in Hanoi's Hoan Kiem area, Vietnam. It serves Vietnamese dishes from every region of the country alongside international favourites, and is open daily from breakfast to late evening.
Tripadvisor's Travelers' Choice Best of the Best awards rank The Rhythms No. 3 among the world's fine-dining restaurants for 2026. Evendo describes it as a place where traditional Vietnamese cooking meets contemporary technique in an elegant setting.
The concept draws on music and the theme of a "King's Symphony", pairing Western architecture with local heritage and a royal atmosphere. An outdoor terrace looks over Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. Signature dishes include Duck Two Ways, lobster flambéed in cognac, North-West Vietnam-style roast chicken and giant river prawns, and on Wednesday evenings musicians play live.
