Abrasado is the restaurant of Bodega Los Toneles, a winery in Guaymallén, Mendoza, Argentina. Its kitchen centres on dry-aged beef with full traceability of the product, and it also serves fish, pasta, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes and modern pastry.

Tripadvisor's Travelers' Choice Best of the Best awards rank Abrasado among the world's top fine-dining restaurants: No. 4 in 2025 and No. 6 in 2026. It is also recommended by the MICHELIN Guide Argentina, and Great Wine Capitals named it Global Winner of the 2022 People's Choice award for culinary experiences, followed by a regional award in Mendoza in 2023.

Set menus come paired with the winery's own wines, among them the Menú Andes and a menu marking the winery's hundredth anniversary. Bodega Los Toneles was founded in 1922 and has been declared part of Mendoza's cultural heritage. Its restored historic buildings also hold an art gallery and a coffee bar.
