Quintonil is a contemporary Mexican restaurant in Polanco, Mexico City, opened on Newton Street on 9 March 2012. It is owned by chef Jorge Vallejo and manager Alejandra Flores, a couple who met at Pujol in 2009.

The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 ranks Quintonil No. 3. Wikipedia adds that it has been on the list since 2016 and was named the best restaurant in North America in 2025. In 2024 it received two Michelin stars in the first Michelin Guide for Mexico, the country's highest rating at the time alongside Pujol.

The name comes from quintonil, a Mexican amaranth; the Nahuatl word means "edible weed". The seasonal nine-course tasting menu puts heirloom vegetables, native herbs and insects first, and Vallejo calls the menu "98% Mexican". Produce comes from Milpa Alta and Xochimilco, beef from Durango and fish from Baja California. The restaurant began as a modest fonda with second-hand furniture, seats 42 guests and employed 60 people as of 2025.
