Lung King Heen

Hong Kong, China

Lung King Heen is a Cantonese fine-dining restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. Its kitchen is led by chef de cuisine Chan Yan-tak, who came out of early retirement in 2002 to set up the hotel's Cantonese restaurant.

La Liste places it at No. 1 in its Top 1000 for 2026 with a score of 99.5 points. That top score is shared by ten restaurants, so the No. 1 is a joint first place in a ranking that covers more than 1,000 establishments in 77 countries. La Liste lists it under its Chinese name 龙景轩 with the location Hong Kong, China.

Michelin gave Lung King Heen three stars from its first Hong Kong and Macau guide in 2009, making it the only Cantonese restaurant in Hong Kong with the top rating in that edition; it lost one star in 2023 and now holds two. Chan had earlier worked at Lai Ching Heen in the Regent Hong Kong from 1984 before retiring in 2000. CNN Travel's Hong Kong Best Eats 2010 named the house-made XO sauce the best condiment, and Forbes Travel Guide added the restaurant to its five-star list in January 2014.
