Le Bernardin is a French seafood restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, New York City, holding three Michelin stars. Eric Ripert is its executive chef and co-owner, together with Maguy Le Coze.

La Liste places it at No. 1 in its Top 1000 for 2026 with a score of 99.5 points. That top score is shared by ten restaurants, so the No. 1 is a joint first place in a ranking that covers more than 1,000 establishments in 77 countries. Le Bernardin is also one of the restaurants highlighted at the head of La Liste's 2026 ranking page.

Gilbert Le Coze and his sister Maguy opened the first Le Bernardin in Paris in 1972 and moved it to New York in 1986; Ripert arrived as chef de cuisine in 1991 and took over the kitchen after Gilbert's death in 1994. The menu is organised under the headings "Almost raw", "Barely touched" and "Lightly cooked", and the pounded tuna with foie gras is listed by Wikipedia as a signature. The restaurant has kept a four-star rating from The New York Times since 1986 and has won several James Beard Foundation Awards, including Outstanding Restaurant in 1998. It received three Michelin stars in 2005, the first year Michelin covered New York City.
