Cheval Blanc

Paris

Cheval Blanc Paris is a hotel in the landmark La Samaritaine building beside the Pont Neuf, in the 1st arrondissement between the Louvre and Le Marais. It is the first urban Maison of the luxury group LVMH Hospitality.

La Liste put Cheval Blanc fourth on its 2025 list of the ten best hotels in the world, one of two Paris hotels in that year's selection alongside La Réserve. Condé Nast Traveler calls it a property that "truly makes your jaw drop".

For his first hotel project, the American architect Peter Marino gave the building's Art Deco heritage a bold, colourful contemporary spirit, with artworks such as Vik Muniz's nearly four-metre photographic take on the Eiffel Tower in the lobby. The 72 rooms and suites start at about 484 square feet, more than half look over the Seine, and each guest has a dedicated butler. The Dior Spa holds Paris's longest indoor pool, at nearly 100 feet, and the restaurant Plénitude is led by chef Arnaud Donckele. At the top, L'Appartement spans nearly 11,000 square feet over two floors, with its own 40-foot pool and seven bedrooms.
