G2's review by Soundarya Jayaraman (24 February 2026) calls Claude "one of the best AI assistants on the market right now, excelling at writing, reasoning, coding, and long-form work". It praises its "exceptionally natural writing", its "strong reasoning" on complex, multi-step tasks and its agentic tools Claude Code and Cowork, and gives it 4.4 out of 5.
The limits
The same review also names the limits: "strict usage limits" on paid plans and "no native image generation", which competitors such as ChatGPT offer.
