The Royal Lancaster is a hotel on Bayswater Road at Lancaster Gate in west London, beside Kensington Gardens and the Italian Gardens. It opened in 1967 and is operated by Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

Tripadvisor's Travelers' Choice Best of the Best Hotels 2026, based on traveller reviews, ranks it No. 4 among the top hotels in the world.

Designed by Richard Seifert, the hotel was The Rank Organisation's first and largest in London and today has 411 rooms on 18 floors, with the Royal Suite on the top floor overlooking Hyde Park. In 1968 the Beatles held the release party for Yellow Submarine there, and scenes for The Italian Job were filmed in the hotel; some rooms still carry toy Mini cars in tribute. It underwent an £80 million renovation in 2017 and houses the Thai restaurant Nipa Thai.
