Mass General Brigham (MGB), once called Partners HealthCare, is a not-for-profit health care system based in Somerville, Massachusetts, in the United States. It is the largest private employer in Massachusetts and works in patient care, research and education through its member institutions. Its annual revenue was $20.6 billion in 2024.

Brand Finance ranks Mass General Brigham No. 4 in its Global Top 250 Hospitals 2026, a ranking that measures brand strength. The list compares 250 hospital brands from around the world.

The system was created by its two namesake academic medical centers, Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, both founded in the early 1800s in Boston and both major teaching hospitals of Harvard Medical School. They merged under a new parent company, Partners HealthCare, in 1994, but largely operated independently and competed in several areas until 2019. Today the system delivers care through two academic hospitals, three specialty hospitals, seven community hospitals, home care, a health insurance plan and a network of outpatient clinics.
